Persons with the right to sign for the company also need a Suomi.fi mandate for submitting CBAM reports

We have previously informed that, in addition to the CEO, also a person with the right to sign for the company can submit reports to the CBAM Transitional Registry without a specific mandate. However, Suomi.fi identification is not sufficient in the case of persons with the right to sign for the company. They will also need the Suomi.fi mandate ”Declaring information related to the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism”.
