Message declarants submitting entry summary declarations: update entry summary declarations
Entry summary declarations to be submitted to the EU system in message format must be updated to comply with message description version 3. Support for message version 2 which is the current version will end on 2 February 2026. After that time, the current data contents can no longer be used in messages.
Messages with changes in data contents
The data contents of the following messages for entry summary declarations and their amendment messages have changed in version 3:
- IE3F10, IE3A10
- IE3F13, IE3A13
- IE3F17, IE3A17
- IE3F34, IE3A34
- IE3F40, IE3A40
- IE3F41, IE3A41
- IE3F45, IE3A45
- IE3F50, IE3A50
- IE3F51, IE3A51
- IE3Q05.
Check the new data contents in the EU:n Circabc website group ”EU Advance Cargo Information System (ICS2) (in English).
The change will not affect users of the EU’s ICS2 (STI-STP) declaration service for security data.
Start using updated messages in good time
Your messages must comply with version 3 starting from 3 February 2026 or they will be rejected. If you have submitted a message that complies with version 2, you can no longer request for amendment after 2 February 2026. Therefore, we recommend that you start using updated messages in good time before 3 February 2026.
