Customs declaration support is available from 31 May to 30 June 2021 and from 12 July to 20 August 2021, weekdays 8.00–16.15. Service hours from 1 to 9 July 2021 are weekdays 8.00–18.00.
During the abovementioned service hours support is provided to private persons. These hours apply also to businesses that need assistance filling out an online customs declaration (selection 1).
The shorter service hours end 20 August 2021, after which the service hours from 23 August are weekdays 8.00–18.00.
