Proofs of Union status provided in Poland are again shown in the EU’s Proof of Union Status (PoUS) system

On 2 September 2025, we informed customers of a technical problem and of the fallback procedure for proofs of Union status provided in Poland. The problem has now been resolved, and the fallback procedure used in Poland ended on 11 September 2025. Union goods arriving from Poland are again to be presented in the Customs Clearance Service or with the message FI332.

Goods with proof of Union status provided during the fallback procedure may still arrive in Finland. The proof is valid for 90 days. These goods are to be presented in Finland in accordance with the fallback procedure instruction. You can recognise a proof provided under the fallback procedure from the entry “N825 fallback document number / BCP” (e.g. “N825 123/BCP”) in the SRD.
