Software developers: Changes to code lists in the message implementing guidelines for transit declarations

On 2 March 2026, there will be changes to the code lists in the message implementing guidelines (MIGs) for transit declarations. The NCTS versions of the code lists will no longer be used in the MIGs. The same code lists will be used for transit as for the other procedures.

Although the NCTS versions will no longer be in use from 2 March 2026, they will still be shown in the MIGs on the Finnish Customs website until 1 June 2026.

There will be no changes to the codes used in transit declarations. This means that the change will not have any effect on completing declarations.
