Error in the presentation notification for proofs of Union status endorsed in Poland

Due to an error in the system, it is not possible for the time being to present proofs of Union Status in the Customs Clearance Service or with a message (FI332) when the proof has been endorsed and registered in Poland.

The MRN of a proof endorsed or registered in Poland has the format “25PLnnnnnnnnnnnnPn”.

Goods with proof of Union status obtained from Poland are to be presented in Finland in the EU’s Proof of Union Status (PoUS) system. The customs office of presentation in the presentation notification is always “FI002000 Electronic Service Centre”.

We will provide more information when the error has been resolved.
