Message declarants for export: you can once again submit additional information responses

Previously, there was an issue in Customs’ system that prevented declarants from submitting a message in response to requests for additional information about export declarations. The issue was resolved on 21 November 2024.  

It is once again possible to respond to a request for additional information (FI552) sent by Customs with an additional information response (FI553). Message declarants can also use the free-form contact request (FI539) as usual.
