Specified timetable: new transit declarations are introduced in September 2023; export and exit declarations in the spring of 2024

The customs declarations are renewed in phases. The aim was to renew the declarations for transit, export and exit in March 2023, but the introduction of the new declarations is postponed to a later date.  

The new timetables:

• New transit declarations will be introduced on 2 September 2023.
• New export and exit declarations will be introduced in late spring 2024.

Message declarants will first provide their transit declarations from 2 September 2023 under so-called transitional rules. The final rules will be introduced from 1 December 2023.
