We want to improve the Customs online services to make them better suited to our customers’ needs. That is why we are looking for volunteers with recent experience of our declaration services to participate in an interview. Our goal is to learn what our customers find important in online services.
You are suitable to participate in the interviews, if:
- you are a private customer and have submitted customs declarations at least once in the last year, OR:
- you represent a company where customs declarations are not part of the daily routine, but are occasionally required for purposes such as imports or exports.
The first group interviews will be conducted remotely in February as video conference calls. We may also later conduct e.g. individual interviews, which can be conducted as regular calls or video conference calls. When you sign up, you can select which methods of participation are suitable for you.
Please note that a group interview in English will be conducted only if there are enough participants. Otherwise, the interviews will only be in Finnish. We will contact you about the possible dates or let you know if we don't get a full group.
