As service by public notice, Mariia Kovaleva is hereby notified, according to section 62 of the Administrative Procedure Act (434/2003), that the proposed decision on rejection of the invalidation request regarding her, MRN 25FIU00004317062R8, as it was not possible to serve the decision otherwise, can be viewed in the customer service facilities of Finnish Customs, which can be found on the second floor at the address: Finnish Customs, Opastinsilta 12, 00520 Helsinki, for a period of 30 days from the service of the decision.      

The service of the proposed decision shall be considered effected on the seventh day after the day when this notice was published at the Customs website.
