Free-of-charge goods are not declared with an import declaration for low-value goods

Finnish Customs has specified its import instructions on how free-of-charge goods are declared. Free-of-charge goods consignments must be declared with a standard import declaration either in the Customs Clearance Service or in message format. Consignments that are free of charge must not be declared using an import declaration for low value goods.
