Changes in Estonia to opening hours of border crossing points with Russia

The Estonian Tax and Customs Board (ETCB) has announced that it will close night-time traffic for three months at the border crossing points of Luhamaa and Koidula. As of 24 February 2026, the new opening hours are from 7.00 to 19.00.

Businesses should be prepared for traffic congestion at the border crossing points between Estonia and Russia. It is useful to note this change also when planning logistics routes.
