Accessibility of Customs’ online services
We develop our online services according to the needs of our customers. We always take account of the accessibility requirements when planning new services and developing existing ones. We want to provide everyone with access to our services on an equal basis.
The Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services obliges the authorities to comply with the accessibility requirements.
