Notices of service disruption

Finnish Customs publishes information about interruptions and disruptions directly in the e-services. In addition, we publish separate message exchange disruption notices for businesses.

Unable to log in to the Customs e-service?

This can be due to the following reasons: 

• There is a disruption in Customs’ e-service. We will publish information about the disruption on the front page of the service.
• There is a disruption in your online bank. Please check the disruption notices of your bank.
• There is a disruption in the Suomi.fi identification service. See the disruption notices of the Digital and Population Data Services (dvv.fi) (in Finnish and Swedish).
• There is a problem with your mandates. Read more about identification and authorisations.
