You can give us feedback and make initiatives to develop our activities and services. We will process your feedback as soon as possible.
You can give anonymous feedback, but if you want a reply, please leave your contact details at the end of the form. Do not add any other personal data on the form, such as your personal identity code or health information.
Please do not use the feedback form to ask about parcels, for example, because we cannot provide advice via this feedback channel. If you need advice on matters such as declaring a parcel or finding its location, call the Customs Information Service or contact us via our chatbot Hippu.

We store customer feedback for a maximum of two years, after which the customer’s name and contact details will be removed before archiving the feedback. More information on the processing of personal data is available in the privacy statement.
