The ICS2 Declaration Service for Safety and Security Data (STI-STP) is an EU e-service where you can submit the following safety and security declarations:

• entry summary declarations for goods arriving from outside the EU
• arrival notifications for goods arriving from outside the EU by air or sea.

Logging in and mandates

Using the service requires identification. Users log into the service via the EU Trader Portal. To access the ICS2 Declaration Service for Safety and Security Data, choose STI-STP (Shared Trader Interface-Shared Trader Portal) in the EU Trader Portal. Read the guidance on logging into the EU Trader Portal.

You will need the mandate “Customs clearance“ to act on behalf of a company in the service. Read more about mandates.
