- customs warehousing declarations
- Åland tax border declarations
- inward processing declarations
- end-use declarations
- temporary admission declarations
- temporary storage declarations and presentation notifications for goods arriving from another EU country
- declarations on movements between temporary storage facilities in Finland
- transit declarations
- exit declarations.
Private individuals can submit
- transit declarations
- export declarations
- import declarations e.g. for investment gold and aircraft parts.
Private individuals submit other import declarations via the Import Declaration Service for private persons.
Logging in and mandates
To submit customs declarations, your company needs an EORI number.
Using the service requires identification. If a non-Finnish person submits a declaration under authorisation from a company, the person must identify him- or herself using the Finnish Authenticator application.
You will need the mandate “Customs clearance“ to act on behalf of a company. Read more about mandates.
