My Details
The My Details service is intended for businesses that have been issued an EORI number.
In the My Details service, you can check the details of your company, such as
- the details of the company’s head office and branch offices, such as trader office code, contact information and e-invoicing address
- the reservation status and GRN of comprehensive guarantees
- information about imported CBAM goods.
Via the service, you can notify Customs if the company office details have changed.
From the My Details service, you can download a CSV file with information about the CBAM goods imported by the company. The information can be used in CBAM reporting that importers must do on imports of products subject to CBAM.
What imports are shown in the listing?
The listing shows details of the CBAM goods released for free circulation in Finland from 1 October 2023. The listing includes goods items where the goods have been defined as CBAM goods according to the legislation valid on the date of release. The details contain the customs clearances by both the importing company and the representative.
Clearances where CBAM goods placed under the inward processing procedure have been processed into other goods to be released for free circulation are not included.
What details are shown in the listing?
The following details are shown in the listing:
- name and EORI number of the importer
- MRN, release date and date of customs clearance of the import
- EORI number and name of the representative
- goods item number, country of origin, commodity code, description and net mass
- customs procedure and additional procedure code used for the clearance
- status of a possible amendment.
Please note that editing the file in a spreadsheet program may affect the cell format (e.g. kilograms may change into dates). In such a case, the sum of the cells will not be correct. Check the value details and sums carefully.

Note that the function is in the pilot phase, so the details in the CSV file to be unloaded can be incomplete or inaccurate. Make sure that the details are correct by comparing them to the customs clearance decisions you have received.
We update the My Details service as soon as possible if the legislation concerning CBAM goods is changed. However, it is possible that the service will be updated with a delay. You can check the current information e.g. about CBAM goods on the page Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism and on the European Commission’s CBAM website.
Logging in and mandates
Logging into the service requires identification.
To act on behalf of a company, you will need the mandate “Viewing of customs activity customer data” or the mandate “Updating customer data of customs activities”. With the mandate for updating data, you can not only view data, but also provide or change e-invoicing details.
When acting on behalf of a company, you will also need the mandate “Customs clearance”, if you want to download details of CBAM goods.
