My Details
In the My Details service, you can check the details of your company, such as
- the details of the head office and branch offices, such as trader office code and address
- the reservation status of the comprehensive guarantee.
Via the service, you can also notify Customs if the company office details have changed.
The service is intended for companies that submit declarations for import, export, entry, exit and transit.

Logging into the service requires identification.
You will need the mandate “Viewing of customs activity customer data“ to act on behalf of a company. Read more about mandates.
