My Details

The My Details service is intended for businesses that have been issued an EORI number.

In the My Details service, you can check the details of your company, such as

the details of the company’s head office and branch offices, such as trader office code, contact information and e-invoicing address
the reservation status and GRN of comprehensive guarantees

Via the service, you can notify Customs if the company office details have changed.

Logging in and mandates

Logging into the service requires identification.

To act on behalf of a company, you will need the mandate “Viewing of customs activity customer data” or the mandate “Updating customer data of customs activities”. With the mandate for updating data, you can not only view data, but also provide or change e-invoicing details.
