Pre-lodged export declarations

You can submit a pre-lodged export declaration online 30 days prior to presentation of the goods to Customs.

  • In the declaration, you should provide the date and exact time when the export consignment is ready and available for customs inspection. When this point in time has passed, Custom will send you a decision on release and an export accompanying document.
  • You should provide D (pre-lodged standard customs declaration) as the declaration type code. 
  • You can correct the pre-lodged declaration within the declared time limit, after which the goods will be released for the export procedure. You can also bring forward or postpone the declared date and time.

You can also submit simplified export declarations (the link is not yet functional) in advance. In such cases, you should enter F (pre-lodged simplified declaration) as the declaration type code.
