Customs declaration (SAD)

The online version of the SAD form (Single Administrative Document) is intended to be used for filling in import and transit declarations and printing them out with a laser printer.

Transit forms are printed on both sides. When printing forms regarding imports, the back of the form can be left unprinted. The paper used must always be self-copying. The SAD form (the customs declaration form) is also available as a paper form that can be bought from PunaMusta online store.
