Leaving documents in Pasila or visiting the Customs facilities as a guest

The head office of Finnish Customs is located at Pasila office centre, address Opastinsilta 12, FI-00520 Helsinki, Finland.

Please note that Finnish Customs has no customer service point in Pasila. See contact details of other customs offices.

Arriving to leave documents

You can leave documents in the Customs letterbox located in the B-wing of the office centre, in the elevator lobby on the 2nd floor. Documents can be left in the letterbox on weekdays between 8:15 and 16:15.

The documents will be recorded as received on the date they were placed in the letterbox. You may also ask a Customs employee to give you an acknowledgement of receipt.

You are arriving as a guest

If you are coming to visit the facilities of Finnish Customs, please register at the information point of Pasila office centre. The information point is along the office centre’s street-level passageway, Aurinkoraitti. Follow the instructions given by the person who invited you and the information point employees.

Arriving by bus or tram

Arriving by train

All local and long-distance trains stop at the Pasila station.

You can access the office centre passageway, Aurinkoraitti, via a glazed walkway from the eastern doors of the station. The walking distance is some 200 metres, and the route is accessible.

Arriving by car

You can park your car free of charge in the office centre customer car park at Asemapäällikönkatu 11. Get a customer parking permit from the office centre information point along the Aurinkoraitti passageway. 

You can walk to Aurinkoraitti through the glass door of the customer car park. The walking distance is some 100 metres, and the route is accessible.

Please note that if your visit at the Customs facilities will take more than four hours, you must park at P-Veturi or Triplaparkki, which are subject to a charge.

Arriving by bicycle

You can leave your bicycle in a bicycle stand in the office centre customer car park at Asemapäällikönkatu 11 or outdoors, on the north side of the office building.
