Customer satisfaction and feedback

We actively collect feedback regarding Customs’ services, so that your transactions with us run as smoothly as possible and according to your needs. For example, you can tell us your thoughts on developing the services, what kind of additional instructions you would like, and how we have succeeded in our service tasks.

You can give feedback continuously by using the feedback form on the Customs website, customer feedback forms at customs offices, in customer cooperation groups, and in questionnaires about customer needs and customer satisfaction aimed at the users of Customs’ services.

When you make a customs declaration, you can immediately give feedback on your transaction experience. The averages for all our online services are available from the joint government service Suomi.fi Quality tools; just use the search word “Customs”.

The Tulli.fi website also has reaction buttons. You can answer how we did on the page and tell us more about how we can improve our site if you wish.

Your feedback is important to us. Based on it, we can direct our activity in a more customer friendly and more uniform direction.
