Customer satisfaction and feedback
We actively collect feedback regarding Customs services, so that your transactions with us run as smoothly as possible and according to your needs. You can, for example, tell us your ideas on developing the services, what kind of additional instructions you would like and how we have succeeded in our service tasks.
You can give feedback continuously via the feedback form on the Customs website, by using the customer feedback form available at all Customs offices, in the customer cooperation groups as well as via the questionnaires on customer needs and customer satisfaction aimed at those who use Customs’ services.
Your feedback is important to us. Based on it, we can steer our activity in a more customer friendly and more uniform direction.
