The known problems with accessibility

The service still has some usability problems. The recognised problems with accessibility are described below. If you notice a problem in the service that is not included in the list, please contact us.

The following content does not meet the requirements laid down in the Act on the Provision of Digital Services and will be fixed as soon as possible:

  • Links and icons
    • Links to customer bulletins that open in a new tab are indicated with icons, but are not named programmatically. The way the links function may come as a surprise, for example, for people who use screen readers. (WCAG 1.1.1, 2.4.4)
    • The element for service purchases is programmatically implemented in the form of icons using ARIA attributes. However, the icons cannot be activated with the space bar. (WCAG 2.1.1)
  • Connection timeout
    • The user is warned of the connection timeout and is given the opportunity to request additional time. However, for data security reasons the user must be logged out after 12 hours, which means that the accessibility requirements concerning time limits are not completely fulfilled. (WCAG 2.2.1)The page Login instructions
  • The page Login instructions
    • The page has text links the colour of which does not distinguish them at all from the surrounding body text.  (WCAG 1.4.1)
    • The title element is insufficient and thus is not descriptive of the page or its aim. (WAG 2.4.2)
