Error resolved: You can request an extension for submitting a supplementary export declaration

There was an error in Customs’ system that prevented users from requesting an extension for submitting a supplementary declaration for simplified export (two-stage declarations). This error has now been resolved and you can, if needed, request an extension for submitting a supplementary declaration.

The supplementary export declaration must be submitted within 30 days of the release of the goods for the export procedure. If you need an extension for submitting the supplementary declaration, request it via message exchange with the message FI539 Free-form contact request or in the Customs Clearance System by clicking on “Contact request” under “Messages”.
