A maintenance break in Customs’ e-services and message exchange will start on Tuesday 11 February 2025 at 12.00. The maintenance break is expected to end on Tuesday 11 February 2025 at 13.00.

During the maintenance break, the following systems of Customs will be unavailable:

• Arrival and exit declaration system (AREX)

Using the backup procedure is allowed until you are notified of the end of the maintenance outage. Read more about using the fallback procedure.

Customs will notify you when the planned downtime is over.
