Log in and identify yourself

To use the form, you need to log in and identify yourself. You can e.g. use your personal banking IDs for identification. Strong authentication is needed to verify who has requested the information. Personal data is not stored in the data of the official processing the form.

Choose the correct role

Choose from the form which operator's customs declarations you need. The alternatives are:

  • import as importer
  • import as representative
  • export as exporter
  • export as representative
  • other (indicate what, in the message field)

You can choose more than one alternative.

Choose the period for which you need information

In the form’s calendar, you can choose the period for which you need clearance details. If your requests concern several periods, indicate this in the message field.

The request is subject to a fee – remember to indicate the invoicing method

Requesting customs clearance details is subject to a fee, which usually is at least 100 euros. The amount of the fee is based on the Act on Criteria for Charges payable to the State, for office work. Read more about fees charged.

Provide the invoicing instructions or the invoicing address and invoicing reference on the form. You can enter them in the message field or add them to the form as an attachment.

Attach a power of attorney and a trade register extract

A free-form power of attorney and a trade register extract must always be attached to the form.

With a power of attorney, the company mandates the person to receive the information. In addition to the power of attorney, a trade register extract must be attached, which shows that the authoriser has the right to grant the mandate.

If the person wishes to make similar requests in the future based on the same mandate, the power of attorney must show how long the mandate is valid.

Please note that authorisation status is not a sufficient mandate for requesting information.
