Using a representative will be possible in the Authorisations and Decisions Service from September

From September onwards, companies can mandate a representative to submit applications in the Authorisations and Decisions service on the company’s behalf.

However, Customs does not recommend this because in that case, the representative will have access to all the details of the company in question. However, if you nevertheless want to use a representative, we advise you to first contact Customs Business Information at yritysneuvonta(at)tulli.fi.
