Submit your comments on the legislative initiative regarding the purchase and repurchase of CBAM certificates by 6 August 2026

The European Commission invites CBAM actors to submit feedback on the legislative initiative regarding the purchase and repurchase of CBAM certificates. The initiative concerns the details of the sale and repurchase of CBAM certificates, the management of the certificates’ lifecycle, and the fees that authorised CBAM declarants must pay when purchasing CBAM certificates.

The feedback survey is available on the Commission website in English. Provide your feedback by clicking on “Give feedback”. The deadline for submitting feedback is 6 August 2026.
