New opening hours for Kotka Customs from 2 May 2023

The opening hours of Kotka Customs will change on 2 May 2023.

Customer service will be available as follows:

• Monday to Friday without appointment 8.00–11.00.
• Monday to Friday by appointment 11.00–16.15. Book the appointment at 0295 527 012 or kotka.tulliselvitys(at)tulli.fi.
• Saturday 8.00–22.00 and Sunday 8.00–16.00 by appointment. Book the appointment by 14.15 the previous day at 0295 527 170 or kotka.liikkuvaryhma(at)tulli.fi.

There has been a decrease in commercial goods traffic across the eastern border especially due to the sanctions against Russia. Customs will shorten the service hours according to the changed needs. We will continue to monitor the needs of our customers regarding the service hours of customs offices.
