Have your say on draft implementing regulations concerning the status of authorised CBAM declarant and the CBAM Registry

The European Commission has published two draft implementing regulations for the CBAM Regulation (EU 2023/956). They concern the establishment of the CBAM Registry as well as the conditions and procedures related to the status of authorised CBAM declarant.

The Commission is requesting feedback on the draft implementing regulations, published on the Commission’s website.
