CBAM actor: Have your say on the complementary legislation regarding the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism – reply by 10 June

The European Commission asks stakeholders to give feedback on a CBAM-related legislative initiative. The initiative concerns the effect of the carbon price paid in non-EU countries on the number of CBAM certificates to be purchased.

The feedback survey is available on the Commission website in English. The feedback period is open until 10 June 2026. Go to the survey by clicking on “Read more about the initiative”. Then click on “Give feedback”.
