Temporary error in Customs’ system – details missing from the decision on release for export

At the moment, all details are not printed out on the decisions concerning export, such as the decision on release in PDF format.

The following details are not shown on the first page in the decisions:

• location of goods and type of location
• number of goods items
• number of packages.

The number of packages is shown in the goods item details.

Although the details are missing from the PDF printout, the goods can still be transported to the place of exit. The customs office of exit gets the details from the electronic system.

We will provide more information when the problem has been resolved.
