SERVICE BY PUBLICATION

As service by public notice, Andrei Davydov, Irina Davydova and Sergei Davydov are hereby notified, according to section 62 of the Administrative Procedure Act (434/2003), that the proposal for a decision to reject the request for administrative review regarding them, Tulli/2025/02047, as it was not possible to serve the decision otherwise, can be viewed in the customer service facilities of Finnish Customs, which can be found on the second floor at the address: Finnish Customs, Opastinsilta 12, 00520 Helsinki, for a period of 30 days from the service by publication.      

The service of the proposed decision shall be considered effected on the seventh day after the day when this notice was published at the Customs website.
