No longer possible to browse old declarations in the Import Declaration Service for businesses after 25 May 2024

It has been possible to browse old declarations in the Import Declaration Service for businesses and the service “Import declarations for businesses – special procedures” although these e-services are no longer used for lodging declarations. However, after 25 May 2024, it will no longer be possible to log in to these declaration services to browse old declarations.

We ask you to move or save those decisions or declaration details that you may need to access in the future.

It will still be possible to browse declarations lodged in the Customs Clearance Service. Import declarations have been submitted through the Customs Clearance Service since 21 April 2021, and the last import declarations (for inward processing and temporary admission) were transferred to the Customs Clearance Service on 5 November 2022.

Obtaining old decisions after 25 May 2024

If you need a decision for a declaration lodged in the Import Declaration Service for businesses or in the service “Import declarations for businesses – special procedures”, you can ask Customs to send it to you. You can ask for customs clearance decisions or release decisions by emailing your request to arkisto(at)tulli.fi. In accordance with the Act on Criteria for Charges Payable to the State, Customs will collect a charge for decisions that are sent separately.
