New instructions for calculating the number of CBAM certificates

We have published instructions and examples on calculating the number of CBAM certificates. You can use the instructions for assistance in calculating costs resulting from CBAM certificates that are subject to a fee.

The instructions take into account both free allocation adjustment and the price of coal paid outside the EU.
