You can now view import information on CBAM goods in the CBAM Registry. You will need a separate mandate for viewing the information. With the mandate, you can also view authorisation details of authorised CBAM declarants in the CBAM Registry.

In the future, the same mandate will enable you to view information on CBAM goods emissions, as well as purchase and sale details on CBAM certificates. The central trading site for CBAM certificates will open in 2027.

If needed, you can mandate a person to act on behalf of your company

You can log in to the CBAM Registry using Suomi.fi identification. The Suomi.fi mandate needed for viewing information is called “Viewing information relating to the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism”.

A person acting on behalf of a company has to be authorised to view information. In some cases, you can act on behalf of a company without a mandate, if you for instance are a trader or the CEO of the company.
