From 1 March 2023, Customs will provide customer service at Vainikkala by appointment

From 1 March 2023, Vainikkala Customs Office will provide customer service by appointment only. The customer service hours will be Monday–Sunday, 8.00‒18.00.

You can book an appointment by email at vainikkala@tulli.fi or phone tel. 0295 527 037. Please book your appointment at least two hours in advance. If you are booking an appointment for 8.00 the following day, please do so no later than two hours before the end of service hours the day before.
