Disruption in Customs’ systems may affect the ability to open documents

A disruption affecting the opening and reading of documents was observed in Customs’ systems on 17 September at 12:04. Disruptions occur in some documents that were created before the 1 September 2025. In addition, the disruption may delay the processing of amendments.

What is affected by the disruption?

The disruption occurs in the following systems of Customs: 

• Arrival and exit declaration system (AREX) 
• Intrastat declaration system 
• Customs Clearance System UTU 
• Åland tax border declarations (Customs Clearance System UTU) 
• Customs warehousing (Customs Clearance System UTU) 
• Import (Customs Clearance System UTU) 
• Entry / Temporary storage (Customs Clearance System UTU) 
• Transit (Customs Clearance System UTU) 
• Export (Customs Clearance System UTU).
