General information and customs declaration support for private individuals and businesses is available from 8.00 to 15.00 on 27 and 28 September 2022.
The following service numbers are under reduced hours:
Private customers, general information, tel. 0295 5201 and customs declaration support, tel. 0295 5206.
Businesses, general information, tel. 0295 5202 and user support for online services, tel. 0295 5207 (dial 1).
Other service numbers operate normally. See contact details on the Customs website.
