COVID-19: Import of medical equipment and supplies continues as exempt from customs duty and VAT

The validity period of exemption from customs duty and VAT for imports of medical equipment and supplies needed for combating the COVID-19 pandemic is extended through a Commission Decision until 30 June 2022.

Customs has published a customer notice on 17 April 2020 with more information about the matter.
