Change in the selection of import declarations for periodic filing in UTU – enter the information in the customs declaration as before

Publication date 28.11.2023 13.06
Press release

If you have a payment deferment authorisation and you receive periodic filings from Customs, please ensure that the periodic filing is sent to the e-invoicing address of your choice.

Provide the e-invoicing address in the customs declaration and Customs will send the periodic filing to this address. Provide the e-invoicing address in the customs declaration with the additional information code “FIVER – E-invoicing address”. If you do not provided the e-invoicing address in the customs declaration, you will automatically receive your periodic filing to the e-invoicing address in Customs’ customer register.

Please note that if an e-invoicing address has not been entered in the customs declaration, and there is no e-invoicing address in the customer register, Customs will continue to send the periodic filing by post.

Enter the trader office identifier in the customs declaration

If you wish to receive the periodic filing separately to different offices, remember to add also the trader office identifier. The periodic filings are generated according to trader office and e-invoicing address; therefore, several periodic filings can be generated for one customer.

Notify Customs if the e-invoicing address changes

If the company’s e-invoicing address and intermediary identifier changes, notify this in the service My Details or via email to Customs’ Authorisation Centre. In the service My details, the changes are made with the button “Submit a request for amendment of office details.” Read more on how to change the e-invoicing address on the webpage “Invoicing – Businesses”.

Please note that the processing of the request may take a while. You will receive the periodic filing to the correct address, when you provided the e-invoicing address and trader office identifier in the customs declaration.

In the future, you will be able to change the e-invoicing address yourself in the service My details. Thanks to this, the company can ensure that the address is correct in the customer register. We will inform you once this feature is available.

The instructions on the website will be updated as soon as possible

We will as soon as possible update the instructions on our website on how to report the e-invoicing address for the periodic filing. The following webpages will be updated:
