A planned downtime in Customs’ e-services and message exchange will start on Saturday 22 November – the address of the Customs Clearance Service will change at the same time

A maintenance downtime in Customs’ e-services and message exchange starts on Saturday 22 November 2025 at 7.00, and is estimated to end at 14.30.

During the downtime, Customs’ e-services and message exchange will not be available for use. You are allowed use the fallback procedure until you receive a notification that the disruption is over. Read more about using the fallback procedure.

URL of the Customs Clearance Service will change

The address of the Customs Clearance Service changes on 22 November 2025 after the disruption of use in e-services and message exchange ends. The new address is https://asiointi.tulli.fi/asiointipalvelu/ext-auth/customsclearance.

The change does not affect users who log in to the Customs Clearance Service on the Customs website. If you have saved the current link to the Customs Clearance Service for example as a favourite or as a link to your company’s internal pages, be sure to replace it with the new URL.
