The Implementing Regulation on authorising CBAM declarants will enter into force on 19 March 2025

The Implementing Regulation on authorising CBAM declarants will enter into force on 19 March 2025. The Regulation was published in the Official Journal of the European Union 18 March 2025. The Regulation will apply from 28 March 2025.

We will later provide information about application for authorisation.
