Software developers: updates to AREX exit message descriptions
As exports will be under the new customs clearance system as of 5 October 2024, there are now updates to AREX message descriptions. The latest version of message description is available on the ”For software developers” page, updated on 31 May 2024 (version 1.5, amendment 6). The changes only concern exit manifest presentation (IE547) and exit summary declarations and their amendments (IE615, IE613).
The “reference number (MRN)” explanatory note for exit manifest presentations currently covers also export declarations submitted to the Customs Clearance System (UTU). Note that the flag for a final or split export cannot be used when the export declaration to be presented has been submitted to the Customs Clearance System (UTU).
If the previous document of the entry summary declaration is an export declaration that has been submitted to the Customs Clearance System (UTU), code N830 must be used as the document code.
