Message exchange customers: apply now for testing of the guarantee query message

If you wish to use message exchange for guarantee messages relating to transit declarations, you should apply for a change to the message exchange registration in the Authorisations and Decisions Service. You can apply for customer status starting on 4 January 2024.

If you have applied for the introduction of the guarantee query message earlier in 2023, please note that you application is no longer valid and you must submit a new application. Submit you application on 4 January at the earliest, so that your application is registered.

You must test your guarantee query message with Customs prior to its introduction. Testing will begin in January 2024.
