Information event for software developers regarding changes to export declarations and customer testing on 15 February 2024

New export declarations will be introduced on 5 October 2024. The current export declarations will be replaced by message declarations that conform to new data contents and are to be submitted to the Customs Clearance System. The message descriptions (message implementing guidelines) have been published on the Customs message descriptions website. 

We will hold an information event for software developers on 15 February 2024. The event will focus on changes in export declaration and arrival at exit notification, that will take effect on 5 October 2024. The event will be held via remote connections in the form of a Skype video meeting. Be sure to sign up for the event no later than on 13 February 2024 by email at UCC(at)tulli.fi.
