Do you submit entry summary declarations? Attend an EU-organised presentation of the ICS2 Declaration Service for Safety and Security Data (STI-STP)

On Wednesday 2 July 2025 at 14.00–16.00 (EET), the EU Commission is hosting an event where attendees will be shown in practice how to fill in an entry summary declaration in the ICS2 Declaration Service for Safety and Security Data (STI-STP) maintained by the EU. The entry summary declarations are submitted by carriers and their representatives.

You can submit your questions in advance

At the event, the Commission will be responding to questions submitted in advance concerning the technical and operational aspects of submitting safety and security data on entry. Email you questions in English to TAXUD-ICS2-PROJECT-CM@ec.europa.eu with the following subject line: “Questions for the ICS2 technical-operational call”. Submit your questions no later than 27 June 2025.

Join the event

The event is part of the EU Commission’s monthly series of meetings called “ICS2 Technical Operational Call”. The event is open to operators that submit entry summary declarations. You can join the Commission’s Webex meeting via a link available on the “Agenda” tab on the “EU Advance Cargo Information System (ICS2)” page on the CIRCABC website.
