Change in fallback procedure when you endorse the Union status of goods exiting Finland

If you use a fallback procedure due to disruption, you can no longer use a SAD form in endorsing the Union status of goods exiting Finland. In the future, be sure to use form 1165e - Status Registration Document (SRD)accordant with Annex 51 of the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2447 as the document for the fallback procedure. 

An electronic declaration is not required after a fallback procedure

Electronic declarations will no longer be submitted afterwards for goods with Union status endorsed through a fallback procedure. It is enough to have a fallback procedure document verified by Customs or an authorised issuer.
