CBAM operator: Have your say on the supplementary legislation regarding the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism – reply by 25 September

The European Commission asks operators to give feedback on three CBAM-related legislative initiatives. The initiatives concern the determination of emissions, CBAM certificates subject to charge, and the price of carbon paid in countries outside the EU.

The survey is available on the Commission website in English. The feedback period ends on 25 September 2025.
