We invite you to view and provide feedback on the new e-service planned for transit declarations (updated 30 September 2021)

The new transit declarations will be introduced in March 2023. We have created the first versions of the new transit declarations to be completed in the Customs Clearance Service. Now we would like to receive feedback from declarants.

We will hold a video meeting via Skype on 6 October 2021, from 1 to 3 pm. We invite business customers who lodge transit declarations to join the meeting and assess the new transit declarations. The meeting will be held in Finnish, but some of the material to be presented will only be available in English.

The number of participants is limited to 30 customers to ensure that all participants will have the opportunity to provide oral feedback. We will give priority to businesses that use the current transit declaration service frequently.

By 5 October 2021, we will send a Skype invitation to those signed up who have been selected as participants.
